How digital patient information works on the iPad
Patients can edit documents digitally at any time and from anywhere, even before their appointment.
Helps reduce check-in time.
On site, the documents are finalised on the iPad. A digital assistant guides you through each question.
Further details may be added during the initial consultation with the doctor.
The completed document is transferred to the patient management system.
Kiosk mode
The new aycan consent software version 3.0 supports kiosk mode. This enables you to achieve greater efficiency in patient registration.
Patients can now fill in the forms assigned to them independently – for example, on an iPad mounted in a stand. This is achieved by patients entering a 4-digit PIN at the terminal, which they were given earlier during registration, thereby unlocking their individual information sheets. This also ensures that each patient can only view their own data and forms.
